NDA releases 24-point joint manifesto in Patna, promises 1 crore jobs.

Patna, October 31, 2025: The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Friday unveiled its joint manifesto for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections at an event held at Hotel Maurya, Patna.

The ceremony was attended by key NDA leaders, including Bihar chief Minister Nitish Kumar, BJP National President JP Nadda, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal, LJPRV national president Chirag Paswan, HAM patron Jitan Ram Manjhi, Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary, and RLM national president Upendra Kushwaha.

The NDA released a 24-point common manifesto focusing on employment, infrastructure, women’s empowerment, agriculture and education.

The key highlights of the manifesto, including 1 crore government jobs or employment opportunities over the next five years, mega skill centres to be established in every district, development of sports cities in each division, factories and industrial parks in every district, creation of 100 MSME parks and 50,000 small industries, establishment of a defense corridor and a semiconductor manufacturing park in Bihar.

NDA focused on women’s empowerment:

For women’s empowerment and farmer assistance, Rs 2 lakh financial assistance for women’s self-employment and an initiative to make 1 crore Lakhpati Didis, launch of Mission Karorpati to promote entrepreneurship, farmers to receive Rs 9,000 annually, up from Rs 6,000, along with MSP guarantee on all crops, and Rs 1 lakh crore investment in agriculture infrastructure.

In education sector, the NDA has promised for residential schools for SC/ST students in every sub-division and Rs 2,000 monthly scholarship for SC students pursuing higher education, Rs 10 lakh financial aid for self-employment to EBC, quality education from KG to PG for children of poor families, including mid-day meals and breakfast in government schools, and Rs 5,000 crore for renovation of all government schools.

Infrastructural push:

For the infrastructural push, the NDA leaders promise the construction of seven new expressways and 3,600 KM of railway track modernization, medical colleges in every district and the creation of Medicity, the construction of the Goddess Janki Temple at Punaura Dham, Sitamarhi, the Development of metro and international airports in Patna, Darbhanga, Purnea and Bhagalpur.

NDA leaders expressed confidence that this comprehensive manifesto will strengthen public trust and help the alliance secure a decisive victory in the upcoming polls.
