Patna June 4: The trend of the Lok Sabha election is going in favor of NDA in the country till now. However, the BJP has a far below performance compared to the 2019 Lok Sabha election.
A Nail-biting finish is expected between NDA and INDIA in the majority of seats in the country.
As per the election commission, BJP is leading on 237 seats and won 2 seats while Congress is leading on 99 seats, Samajwadi Party is leading on 38 seats, TMC on 31 seats, DMK on 21 seats, TDP on 16 seats, JD(u) on 15 seats, Shiv Sena UBT on 11 seats, NCP on 8 seats, LJPRV 5 seats, Shiv Sena Sinde group on 5 seats, CPIM on 4 seats, RJD on 3 seats, AAP on 3 seats and CPI-ML on 2 seats,
As far as Bihar is concerned, NDA is leading on 34 seats in Bihar while the Grand Alliance is leading only on 6 seats.
Janata Dal (United) led by CM Nitish Kumar is showing an impressive performance in Bihar. It is leading on 15 seats while BJP is leading on 13 seats. These two parties contested 16 and 17 seats respectively in Bihar.
Besides them, LJPRV contested 5 seats and is leading on 5 five, RJD contested 23 seats and leading only on 3 seats. CPI-ML contested on 3 seats and is leading on two seats.
Congress contested on 9 seats in Bihar and is leading on only one seat and HAMS contested on 1 seat and is leading on 1 seat in Bihar.
In Arrah, Sudama Prasad of CPI-ML is leading here with 30703 votes against union minister RK Singh of BJP.
Karakat was considered a hot seat in Bihar due to Bhojpuri star Pawan Singh. However, he is trailing here and reached to number 3 position. Rajaram Kushwaha is leading here with 36671 votes and Upendra Kushwaha, is the NDA candidate in the second position.
Jitan Ram Manjhi is leading with 82007 votes against Kumar Sarvjeet of RJD in Gaya (SC Reserved) seats.
In Purnea, JD-U candidate Santosh Kushwaha is leading with a margin of 4453 votes to Pappu Yadav independent. Bima Bharti of RJD is in third position.
In Buxar, Mithileh Tiwari of BJP is leading here with a margin of just 1153 votes to Sudhakar Singh of RJD.
