Patna, June 12, 2025: The state executive meeting of the LJP Ram Vilas was held on Thursday under the leadership of party state president Raju Tiwari and MP Arun Bharti, where eight significant resolutions were unanimously passed.
The meeting focused on Bahujan rights, organizational strategy, and electoral preparedness for the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025.
LJP Ram Vilas leaders advocated for the party’s national status:
A Major resolution adopted during the meeting emphasized the party’s resolve to secure national party recognition under the leadership of Chirag Paswan.
To achieve this, a statewide organizational campaign will be launched, with MP Arun Bharti entrusted with a pivotal role in this initiative.
The executive expressed deep concern over rising crimes against Bahujan Samaj and denounced the ongoing discrimination and delays in scholarships meant for Bahujan students.
The party resolved to intensify its struggle for the protection and upliftment of the Mahadalit community.
Electoral ambitions and organizational strengthening:
LJP Ram Vilas leaders reiterated their commitment to contest all 243 assembly seats in the upcoming elections.
A thanksgiving motion was passed to acknowledge the successful conduct of the “Nav Sankalp Mahasabha” in Shahabad, and a resolution was adopted to organize the “ Bahujan Bhim Sankalp Samagam,” aimed at further mobilizing support from marginalized communities.
The meeting also saw participation from party officials and workers from across Bihar, who engaged in strategic discussions to strengthen the grassroots network of the party.
During his June 8 rally in Ara, Chirag Paswan made a bold declaration, stating that the LJP Ram Vilas will contest all seats in Bihar. This move is widely viewed as a strategic assertion to enhance his bargaining position within the NDA.
Party leaders are actively projecting Chirag Paswan as a potential Chief Ministerial candidate for the NDA in the 2025 assembly elections. Sources suggest he may consider contesting from an unreserved seat to further widen his appeal across caste lines.
