Congress started preparation to make Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Patna on January 18 a grand success.

Patna January 15, 2025: Preparations are in full swing for Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Patna on January 18, as the Bihar State Congress aims to make the event a significant success.

Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to address a gathering at the Constitution Security Conference at the Bapu Auditorium and inaugurate key facilities at the party’s state headquarters, Sadakat Ashram.

Congress has placed posters on every street in Patna:

Congress leaders have intensified efforts to ensure a grand reception for Gandhi. Posters featuring Mahatma Gandhi, Bhimrao Ambedkar, Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Bihar State Congress President Akhilesh Prasad Singh, and Rahul Gandhi have been displayed across the streets of Patna.

The posters prominently highlight the Constitution Security Conference with slogans such as “Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Samvidhan,” and Nyay Satyagraha.

Rahul Gandhi will inaugurate two facilities in Sadakat Ashram:

During his visit, Gandhi will inaugurate two new facilities, including, the renovated main auditorium of the state’s office was renamed Rajiv Auditorium in honour of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and a newly constructed building for Congress office employees, named Indira Bhawan to pay respect to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

Bihar state President Akhilesh Prasad Singh emphasized the significance of Gandhi’s visit, stating, “With Rahul Gandhi’s arrival in Bihar in the new year, the Congress party will also work to uproot the BJP and Nitish Kumar. His visit will instil new enthusiasm among the Congress workers of Bihar, uniting them in the mission to form a new government in the state.”

Rahul Gandhi will address both the public and workers at the meeting organized at the state office premises.

His visit is expected to strengthen the Congress’s position in Bihar, boost morale among its workers, and serve as a rallying point in the party’s efforts to regain political ground in the state.
