Patna, January 2, 2026: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday visited the Janata Dal (United) state office in Patna, creating enthusiasm among party leaders and workers.
Upon reaching the JD(U) office, the Chief Minister went straight to his chamber, where he reviewed organizational activities. He later interacted with party workers present at the office and inquired about their well-being.
Bihar government minister Vijay Chaudhary and JD(U) state president Umesh Kushwaha were also present during the visit.

During the recently concluded Bihar Assembly elections, Nitish Kumar campaigned extensively, addressing multiple public meetings and rallies.
Even after the formation of the new government, he remains actively engaged in governance and party affairs.
Under the leadership of Nitish Kumar, the NDA delivered a strong performance in the Bihar Assembly elections, securing 202 seats.
The JD(U) registered its best performance since the 2010 Assembly elections by winning 85 seats. The BJP won 89 seats, while the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) secured 19 seats. Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) 5 seats and Rashtriya Lok Morcha 4 seats.
The Chief Minister’s unexpected visit infused fresh energy and enthusiasm among party workers.
