Chirag Paswan asked Tejashwi Yadav why Congress’s top leaders are not coming to Bihar.

Patna May 8: After RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav claimed the NDA government is departing on June 4, LJPR national president Chirag Paswan asked why Congress top leaders are not coming here in Bihar after three phases of election gone by.

He further said PM Narendra Modi is continuously addressing rallies in Bihar in this Lok Sabha poll and coming to Patna for the roadshow on May 12 as well.

Following the statement of Tejashwi Yadav, Chirag Paswan hit back at him and said: “PM Modi is going to take oath for the third time after June 4 and if this is what he calls going, then it is true that he will go and take oath as Prime Minister for the third time.”

“Opposition parties should pay attention to their candidate. If the opposition leaders had paid as much attention to their candidates as they pay to our Prime Minister, perhaps their deposit would have been saved. The opposition spends time making issues out of useless things. If the national leaders of their alliance had given even 10% of their time to Bihar and Bihari people, then perhaps the people of the state would have some trust in them too,” he said.

Chirag Paswan also asked a question to Tejashwi Yadav and said: “Our PM Narendra Modi came to Bihar at almost every phase of election. He is coming to Patna on May 12th as well for the roadshow. Where are all the national leaders of his alliance? Does Bihar not matter to them? Despite being the Prime Minister of the country, PM Modi is concerned for the people of Bihar.”

Chirag Paswan said that the opposition parties would not be able to unite in the country.

“They have their own interests and make statements in their own way. Now, the opposition parties together are saying something on reservations, saying that the Constitution is in danger, but the public knows everything,” he said.

“The people of the country know neither the Modi government has done anything regarding the issue of reservation nor is the Constitution in danger from anywhere. The public knows all these things very well. Despite that, these people keep giving some examples, nothing is going to happen from this. If anyone is coming again in the country, it is Narendra Modi who is coming and becoming the Prime Minister for the third time,” Paswan said.
