
Patna, June 27, 2025: Senior BJP Bihar Legislative Council member, and Chief Whip Naval Kishore Yadav has launched a sharp attack on the Bihar education department, terming its recent teacher transfer-posting process as “completely wrong and inconsistent.”
He described the actions of department officials as wrong and unnecessary.
Naval Kishore Yadav pointed out that teachers who were actually eligible for transfer were not moved, while many whose transfer was unnecessary were shifted, leading to disruption in the education system.
“Due to these wrong transfer postings, the education system has been badly affected, and it will not be possible to control this problem for the next five years,” Yadav warned.

Yadav also stated that mismanagement within the education department has led to a sharp decline in teacher morale, which is directly affecting the quality of education in Bihar.
He urged the department to take immediate corrective action with transparency to benefit both teachers and students.
“The education department should take this situation seriously and implement reforms transparently.
Otherwise, the condition of Bihar’s education system will deteriorate further,” he emphasized.
Calls for immediate reforms:
The senior BJP leader and Chief Whip in the Bihar legislative council has demanded urgent reforms in the transfer-posting process within the education department to restore confidence among teachers and stabilize the academic environment in the state.
