BJP state president criticized Rahul Gandhi for claiming himself youth.

Patna, August 3: BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal sharply attacked the leader of the opposition Rahul Gandhi for referring to himself as a youth leader despite being over 55 years old.

“I do not recognize Rahul Gandhi as a political leader. He always call himself a youth leader despite his age being above 55. If he claimed himself a youth, then what happen to actual youths of the country,” the BJP state president said.

Such criticism comes amid broader political controversy sparked by the speech of BJP MP Anurag Thakur, who apparently targeted the Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi a few days ago. He said that Rahul Gandhi is an “accidental Hindu.”

In response, Rahul Gandhi accused Thakur of insulting and abusing him but said that he did not want any apology from Thakur.

BJP state president criticized Rahul Gandhi further saying that he claimed to be a youth leader despite his higher age. He emphasized that the public does not want leaders who undermine the rights of youths.

“Rahul Gandhi is the kind of leader who snatches jobs from the youths and even in his old age calls himself a youth leader. The youth of the whole country is worried about what will happen to them when Rahul Gandhi claims himself the leader of the youth. Hence, caste politics is one thing but the people of the country do not want a leader who snatches the right of youths. This is a very big problem that comes in the future and I believe that such leaders are not acceptable,” Jaiswal said.
