Aristo Pharma to provide 50,000 jobs in Bihar, adopts villages for development.

Patna, June 17, 2025: In a major boost for employment and rural development in Bihar, Aristo Pharma has announced the creation of 50,000 new jobs for the state’s youth.
The announcement was made by the company’s Managing Director Umesh Sharma during a public event in Amarpur block in Banka district, on Tuesday.
Speaking alongside Bihar Minister Jayantraj, Umesh Sharma said that thousands of Bihari youth are already working in various units of the company, and now a new unit will bring massive employment opportunities for the local population.
“This is just the beginning. We are also in talks with other major companies to encourage them to recruit from Bihar and help reduce migration,” he added.
Village development through Aristo Pharma’s CSR initiatives:
Umesh Sharma also revealed that Aristo Pharma in collaboration with Arizma Charitable Trust is adopting villages across multiple districts of Bihar to spearhead developmental work.
“We’ve asked Minister Jayantraj to provide a list of requirements for his constituency. Within six months, we’ll transform those villages be it clean drinking water, electricity, or drainage systems, we will take care of it,” he stated.
Free skill training and ambulance service:
Highlighting the company’s focus on social responsibility, the Aristo Pharma MD announced free technical education and skill development programs for local youth to enhance employability, the development of two fully-equipped ambulances and all operational costs covered by the company, to support healthcare in rural areas.
This initiative is expected to uplift both the employment rate and the quality of life in several parts of Bihar.
