Patna May 23: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that the people of Congress and TMC are developing Jinnah’s divisive mentality. Due to such a mentality, the country was divided.

“The Congress is doing divisive work in Karnataka and Mamata Banerjee is also doing the same in West Bengal. The people of Congress and TMC are developing Jinnah’s divisive mentality. Due to such a mentality, the country was divided,” Mohan Yadav said while referring to the decision of the Kolkata high court which said that the reservation cannot be given on the basis of religion. It should be given on the basis of caste.

“A Congress leader has admitted that the Congressmen have harmed SC, ST and OBC till now. They have been doing injustice to them. Injustice was done to SC, ST and OBC during the tenure of Prime Ministers like Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and Manmohan Singh. I want to ask Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi to apologize for it now,” Mohan Yadav said during his visit to Bihar’s Gaya district on Thursday.

“Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been saying that the people of the INDI alliance lying to SC, ST and OBC communities. Constitutional recognition of the OBC Commission has also not been given during their tenure. It was given during the tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” he said.

Madhya Pradesh CM also reacted to Tejashwi Yadav cutting the cake in the helicopter after completing 200 rallies with Mukesh Sahani and said: “Instead of cutting the cake, Tejashwi Yadav should focus on the result. We had crossed 300 in 2019, we will cross 400 in 2024. After five phases of elections, the situation has become clear. NDA is winning.”
