Patna, November 3, 2025: Congress MP and National General Secretary of the party, Priyanka Gandhi, on Monday launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and asked him to create a “Ministry of Insult” in his government.
While addressing a massive rally in Bihar’s Saharsa district on Monday, Gandhi said, PM Modi should create a Ministry of Insults so that his time is not wasted.
While addressing unemployed youths, she said, “When you protest for your employment and they feel that questioning someone is an insult to the country, then the Ministry of Insults can summon you. I also suggest that this ministry should keep a record of all the false comments made about my family. This would fill an entire library,” Priyanka Gandhi said.
Priyanka Gandhi took a swipe at PM Modi:
She added that PM’s time should instead be focused on employment generation, development and setting up industries.
“Narendra Modi, you are the Prime Minister of the country. Stop crying. The whole country is crying here. Students are demanding education, youth are demanding employment, farmers are demanding help—but you are busy with your own complaining and whining,” she alleged.

Addressing another rally in Lakhisarai, Priyanka Gandhi said that just as people in Bihar are not being heard, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, too, is not being heard.
She termed the NDA set-up in the state not as a double engine but a single engine government, alleging that’s government was effectively being run from Delhi.
Priyanka Gandhi did the roadshow in Rosera:
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also held a roadshow in Rosera block in Samastipur district, in support of the Congress and Mahagathbandhan candidates.
She said the public was fed up with the BJP-JDU government and was ready for a change.

She expressed confidence that the results on November 14 would favour the Grand Alliance and that it would form the government.
