Patna, October 30, 2025: Chief Ministerial face of the Grand Alliance, Tejashwi Yadav, launched a blistering attack on Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday, asserting that he is not afraid of anyone.

Addressing a massive rally in Gaura Bauram Assembly constituency in support of VIP candidate Santosh Sahani, Tejashwi said, “Amit Shah threatens us, saying he will teach us such a lesson that we’ll think twice before contesting elections. But let me tell him—Tejashwi is not afraid of him. When Lalu Prasad got his guru, L.K. Advani, arrested, he wasn’t afraid then, so why would his son be afraid now?

Tejashwi Yadav said his real fight is against unemployment:

Tejashwi said that his real fight is against unemployment and migration.

He reiterated his party’s key promise—providing one government job to one member of every household if the Grand Alliance comes to power.

“Imagine how wonderful it will be when your son or daughter gets a government job. Strengthen our hands and ensure the victory of the Grand Alliance. When our government is formed, no one will have to migrate to other states for work—everyone will get work here,” he told the crowd.

Tejashwi Yadav alleged that Modi and Shah want to make Bihar an Upnivesh:

The RJD leader also took a sharp dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah, accusing them of trying to “colonize Bihar.”

Tejashwi Yadav alleged that despite the NDA government ruling the state for 20 years, and 11 years in the Centre, they failed to bring development in Bihar. What would you do now?

Referring to Amit Shah’s recent statement that industries cannot be set up in Bihar due to a lack of land, Tejashwi said, “The BJP only wants votes from Bihar but wants to invest and set up industries in Gujarat. The people of Bihar now understand everything and will boycott these outsiders. This election is an opportunity to build a new Bihar.”
