Patna, September 16: Samrat Choudhary, the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar sharply criticized senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, alleging that his DNA is anti-reservation.

Samrat Choudhary alleged Rahul Gandhi mocked democracy and constitution: Samrat Choudhary also alleged that Rahul Gandhi of mocking the democracy of the country on foreign soil and disrespecting the the constitution of the country written by Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar. 

Samrat Choudhary criticized former Prime Ministers: During the media interaction in Patna on Monday, Samrat Choudhary claimed that Rahul Gandhi’s stance against the reservation aligns with his maternal grandfather Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru.

“Rahul Gandhi’s maternal grandfather Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru opposed the reservation during his tenure in the country. He had written letters to the then chief ministers of various states to oppose the reservation in the country.”

Samrat Choudhary further criticized the former Prime Ministers Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi for their anti-reservation stance. 

“Former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and grandmother of Rahul Gandhi also did not support the reservations to Dalit and backward caste people of the country. When the Mandal Commission was introduced in the country, Rahul Gandhi’s father Rajiv Gandhi also opposed its recommendation. The recent statement of Rahul Gandhi in the USA has proven his anti-reservation stance. His DNA is anti-reservation,” Choudhary said.

“The Congress governments are giving reservations to Muslims in states like Karnataka and Telangana but withdrawing reservations from the universities. It has exposed the real face of Congress,” he said.

Appreciated countrymen for voted PM Narendra Modi: Samrat Choudhary praised the voter’s decision in the Lok Sabha election, saying, “The people of the country have taken the right decision by supporting Narendra Modi and making him Prime Minister for the third time.”

Rahul Gandhi, while interacting with the teachers and students of Georgetown University in Washington DC, stated that reservation might be reconsidered only when equal opportunities are guaranteed to everyone in India, which, according to him is not the case at present.

After his statement, several leaders of Bihar criticized him. Prashant Kishor, the chief of the Jan Suraj campaign said that Rahul Gandhi does not know what he will say at any time.
