Mukesh Sahini criticized NDA and said Grand Alliance is unbreakable ahead of assembly polls 2025.

Patna, April 17, 2025: In a powerful show of unity following a key meeting of the INDIA bloc (Grand Alliance) in Patna, Vikasheel Insaan Party (VIP) president and former Bihar minister Mukesh Sahini declared the alliance “unbreakable”

, while launching a scathing attack on the ruling NDA over corruption and governance issues.

Speaking at the joint press conference after the meeting, Sahini highlighted the rampant corruption and inefficiency in Bihar’s administrative systems.

“No work in Bihar gets done without money. Even to get a caste certificate, people are forced to run around for 10 days. We are going to fight for these everyday issues. Our focus is on how to move Bihar forward, “ Sahini said.

Stop talking about 20 years ago. Mukesh Sahini’s challenge to NDA:

Mukesh Sahini criticized the NDA for clinging to past narratives:

“Even today, they talk about what happened 20 years ago.

Nobody is addressing what is happening today. I challenge them to have an open discussion about what has changed or not over the past two decades.”

He further took aim at the BJP, saying: “They specialize in spreading lies. If there were medals for wrongdoing, the BJP would win without competition.”

VIP’s resolve and national ambition:

Affirming his party’s proactive role, Sahini said: “The Grand Alliance is strong there are no ifs or buts. VIPs cannot fall behind in attitude or delivery. Even when we were in NDA, we contested the UP elections. Our fight for Nishad’s reservation will continue.”

He concluded with a bold prediction: “Not just in Bihar-soon, the Mahagathbandhan will form the government across the country.”

Coordination committee formed, led by Tejashwi Yadav:

During the meeting, all partners of the INDIA bloc, including RJD, Congress, VIP, CPI-ML, and CPI(M), unanimously agreed to form a Coordination Committee under the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav.

This committee will serve as the central decision-making body for seat-sharing arrangements, election manifesto drafting, campaign coordination, media & social media strategy and organizational synergy.

The move is being hailed as a strategic step toward presenting a united and effective opposition in the run-up to the Bihar Assembly elections.
