INDIA Alliance meeting held in Patna, plans intensified campaign to target NDA in Bihar.

Patna, June 12, 2025: The Coordination Committee of the INDIA alliance held a crucial meeting on Thursday under the chairmanship of Tejashwi Yadav, focusing on strengthening alliance partners ahead of the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025.

Focus on coordination, campaign, and common agenda in the INDIA Alliance meeting:

Following the meeting, Bihar Congress President Rajesh Ram stated, “The meeting was held in a healthy and constructive atmosphere. We discussed strategies to enhance coordination among all INDIA Alliance constituents and finalized an intense social media and grassroots campaign to uproot the NDA government from Bihar.”

The leaders agreed that connecting with people at the booth and block levels would be key to mobilizing voters and amplifying their joint message.

The alliance aims to highlight unfulfilled promises and governance failures of the state and central governments.

Key issues to dominate the campaign:

CPI-ML MLC Shashi Yadav emphasized the importance of feedback from ground-level workers, saying, “Based on grassroots reports, we resolved to accelerate the campaign and make it more intense and effective.”

The committee also decided to actively support the national strike scheduled for July 9, calling for maximum participation across party lines.

In a unified stance, the INDIA Alliance decided to target the NDA government over issues of rising crime unemployment, and mass migration.

The parties accused the Nitish Kumar-led double-engine government of failing to deliver on major promises made during the previous election.

Apart from Tejashwi Yadav, the meeting was attended by several senior leaders including Rajya Sabha MPs Manoj Jha and Sanjay Yadav, senior leader Abdul Bari Siddiqui, AICC Bihar in-charge Krishna Allavaru, State Congress President Rajesh Ram, CLP Leader Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Khan, national spokesperson Abhay Dubey, and state spokesperson Rajesh Rathore, VIP Chief Mukesh Sahani and other leaders was participated.

The meeting concluded with a firm resolve to expose policy failures and unify efforts for a formidable electoral challenge to the NDA.
